Data Processing Terms
Version 2. Last updated October 10, 2026.
How Sublimnl handles contacts you upload. Your company decides how those contacts are used. We handle them only to run the service for you.
Who decides
These terms apply when you upload contacts or invite people, and those people may be in the EU, the UK, or Canada. For those contacts, your company decides why and how they are used. Sublimnl handles them only on your instructions, to run the service for you.
For your own account and for records we keep ourselves, MimesisIQ decides how that data is used. The Privacy Policy covers that.
What we do with contacts
We process contacts only to provide Sublimnl: to store them in your workspace, to send a message you approved, and to show you what happened to that message. We do not sell them and we do not use them for another customer's workspace.
People who work on Sublimnl keep contact data confidential. We use the protections described on the Security page. Outside tools that handle contacts are under duties of the same kind, and they process the data only to provide their part of the service.
Requests, breaches, and deletion
If a contact asks for access, correction, or deletion, we will help you respond. We do not offer a contact export, so the help we can give is limited to what the workspace can show and to deleting the contact when you ask.
If we learn of a breach that affects contacts you uploaded, we will tell you without undue delay where the law requires it.
When the owner deletes the workspace from Settings, contact data is deleted with the rest of the workspace data. NDA acceptance records and billing records the law requires are kept. Backups age out on our providers' schedule.
If contacts are in the EU, the UK, or Switzerland, transfers use the safeguards our hosting provides. The details of those safeguards are available on request at support@sublimnl.app.
