These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

The service

Sublimnl is a launch desk operated by MimesisIQ LLC. You build a packet, choose targets from the catalog, and prime investors, accelerators and press in the feeds they already read at D−12, D−7, and D−3. On launch day the deck goes to their inbox. The desk records a real open and how long the deck stayed open. An owner approves each send before it goes out.

We do not buy feed placement and we do not guarantee that a directory will list you.

Accounts

Sign-in is Google OAuth. While signups are closed, only platform admins and people with a workspace invite can create a session. Everyone else can leave an email on the waitlist.

The first allowed sign-up creates a workspace and makes that person the owner. Owners invite teammates with a link. The app shows the link. It does not email it.

Creating a workspace requires a stored acceptance of these terms and the Privacy Policy, with the time of that acceptance.

Your content

You keep the rights to the packet text, drafts, and files you put in the desk. You give us permission to store that material and to send an approved post to Buffer, or to show a copy-ready kit, so the launch can proceed.

You are responsible for the truth of the packet and for having the rights to post it.

Plans and payment

The plan is $99 a month or $999 a year, unless an admin has changed that catalog. Stripe bills the subscription. A workspace that is not trialing or active can build packets and request approval. Connecting Buffer, scheduling a post, recording a reporter outcome, and submitting a listing live require a trialing or active plan, or an admin override.

Subscriptions renew until you cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it. Taxes may be added by Stripe.

Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. We may suspend a workspace that breaks it, that we must suspend to comply with law, or that does not pay.

Availability

The desk is provided as it is. Directory sites, Buffer, Google, and Stripe can change or refuse a request. A prepared draft is not a promise that a third party will publish it.

Ending the relationship

You may stop using the desk at any time and email us to delete the workspace. We may close a workspace that has been canceled or that breaks these terms. Sections that should survive, including ownership of your content and limits on liability, do.
